Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc, a global specialist in products and technologies that “make plastic smarter”, announced that at a major event in Mexico City on 20th August 2019, Daniel Servitje, President and CEO of Grupo Bimbo, announced the progress of its successful d2w biodegradable packaging program with technology partner and supplier Symphony Environmental Technologies Plc. The d2w biodegradable packaging program was first launched in Mexico City in 2008 as part of a structured program to improve waste management and control the life of packaging. This has resulted in 100% of Grupo Bimbo’s Mexican packaging suitable for this technology being made biodegradable and recyclable. The event showed for the first time new packaging with Symphony’s d2w brand.

TMT Investments* (TMT) 5.88p £141.35m

TMT Investments PLC, the venture capital company investing in high-growth technology companies, announced the following developments in the Company’s portfolio.

TMT has entered into an agreement with a third party private investor to dispose of approximately 9% of its interest in Backblaze Inc. a leading data backup and cloud storage company, for a cash consideration of US$2.0m. TMT has also disposed of its holding in Unicell for $0.97m (book value $0.98m).

Recent investments

US$350,000 in Cheetah X, Inc., the developer of the electric scooter sharing platform Go-X (www.goxapp.com).  Go-X is already operating in San Francisco, San Diego, Houston and Yuma, Arizona;

Tlou Energy Ltd (TLOU) 4.90p £19.64m

Tlou Energy Limited, focused on delivering power in Botswana and southern Africa through the development of coal bed methane (CBM) is delighted to announce that sustained gas flow rates have been achieved at both the Lesedi 3 and Lesedi 4 production pods.

Highlights

Lesedi 3 and 4 have each achieved an initial sustained gas flow of approximately 20 thousand cubic feet per day ;

Rates are anticipated to increase steadily, leading to a peak and commercial flow rate;

First electricity sales are targeted for next year.

Altus Strategies Plc, the Africa focused project and royalty generator, announces that on 20 August 2019 it signed a non-binding Term Sheet with Glomin Services Ltd , for a Joint Venture on the Company’s Lakanfla and Tabakorole gold projects located in western and southern Mali respectively.

Secure Property Dev (SPDI) 6.50p £8.27m

Secure Property Development & Investment PLC, the AIM-quoted South Eastern European focused property company,  announced the completion of the sale of its Victini Logistics property in Greece to Brook Lane Capital.  As announced on 9 July 2019, the Company agreed to sell Victini at a deemed valuation of 12.5m, including 10.3m of debt, providing SPDI with a net consideration payment of c. 2m. In addition, SPDI is due to receive €600,000 from the Property’s previous owner within the next 18 months. The total of approximately €2.6m cash payable to SPDI represents approximately 30% of the Company’s current market valuation.

Reabold Resources (RBD) 1.27p £47.79m

Reabold Resources, the AIM-listed investing company which focusses on investments in pre-cash flow upstream oil and gas projects, announced that it has increased its investment in Rathlin Energy (UK) Limited, the operator of the West Newton field, through participation in an advanced subscription agreement. Reabold currently holds a 24 per cent. economic interest in West Newton via its 36 per cent. holding in Rathlin and its ultimate economic interest will be confirmed once the next fundraising round is complete.

Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. (FOG) 13.45p £128.87m

Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd.  announced that the Environmental Management Plan for the Kyalla 117 N2 horizontal appraisal well, for the planned 2019 drilling, stimulation, and well testing prepared by Origin Energy B2 Pty Ltd. on behalf of the JV, has been approved by the Northern Territory Department of Environment and Natural Resources.

SimiGon Limited (SIM) 9p £4m

SimiGon, Ltd., a global leader in modelling, simulation and training solutions, announced it has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) from the United States Air Force (USAF) for the supply of Virtual and Mixed Reality Systems .

The BPA, has a contract ceiling of $6m over a two-year period.

Cluff Natural Res (CLNR) 1.55p £20.74m

Cluff Natural Resources Plc, the AIM quoted natural resources investing company with a high impact exploration and appraisal portfolio focused on the Southern and Central North Sea announced that the Company and its Operating Partner, Shell U.K. Limited, have completed a broadband 3D seismic survey extending to approximately 420km2 over the Pensacola Prospect on Licence P2252 in the Southern North Sea.
