The Company expects to announce growing numbers of births arising from other myLotus® pregnancies over the coming months.

Crossword will be collaborating with global cyber security expert, NCC Group plc on third party cyber security assurance.
NCC Group will offer customers the choice of using Crossword’s Rizikon portal as a basis for the questionnaire and risk reporting part of its third-party cyber security audit service. The online platform will make it easy for customers and their third-party suppliers to complete questions and submit evidence to help assess risk and highlight any potential vulnerabilities in the supply chain. Additionally, NCC Group customers looking to use the portal to take control of all third-party risks will be able to buy it via NCC Group.

HY Jul 19 results from the award winning, luxury travel company providing bespoke and unique holiday experiences globally. Gross margin improvement and significant cost reduction drove operating profit of £23k vs a loss of £775k.
“During the period we added new revenue streams, for example marketing of events and incentive travel, which helped enhance our gross margin. Furthermore, the traditional travel design business achieved a better gross margin through selling additional experiences to customers during their travels. The SOUL Private Collection experienced strong high season months (two of which fell within the reporting period) with a significant increase in short-term bookings. “ “Our growth strategy is underpinned by strong market fundamentals for high-end tourism, with research showing, that luxury travel is growing twice as fast as the overall market. “

PPHE Hotel Group (PPH.L) 1850p £784m

Results for the three months and nine months ended 30 September 2019. Revenue growth was aided by a strong RevPAR performance in the United Kingdom, driven by good increases in average room rate across a number of properties, and maturing trading and recent openings across several hotels in London and Amsterdam.
For the three months to 30 September 2019, like-for-like1 revenue increased by 5.6% to £120.2m (Q3 2018: £113.9m). Reported total revenue increased by 6.0% to £121.0m (Q3 2018: £114.2m). In the same period, like-for-like1 RevPAR increased by 3.9% to £116.3 (Q3 2018: £112.0). Reported RevPAR increased by 4.3% to £116.3 (Q3 2018: £111.5). RevPAR growth was largely a result of strong increases in average room rate, particularly in the United Kingdom.

Proteome Sciences (PRM.L) 2.64p £7.8m

Proteome’s services platform has continued to strengthen through the third quarter, during which a record number of 43 quotes for new business were issued. This year to date, 116 customer proposals have been prepared compared with 56 in the whole of 2018, and while not all of these will necessarily generate purchase orders, the current conversion rate of 40% is comparable with industry standards. Customer interest in this services platform has never been greater and purchase orders with a value of more than £1 million have been secured so far in the second half for delivery over the coming 12 months; these should drive full year service revenues significantly ahead of 2018 and provide a strong start to 2020.

Big Sofa (BST.L) 4.15p £7.7m

The international video analytics provider, announces that it has been selected as Global Systems Partner to one of the world’s largest food and beverage companies. Under the terms of the partnership, the client has committed to an initial spend of more than $400,000 expected to be recognised as revenue in 2019 covering licensing of the Company’s proprietary technology platform, work to embed the platform within the organisation, and foundational video analytics. This cornerstone client is expected to generate substantial revenues for the Company in 2020 and beyond.

SIMEC AtlantisEnergy(SAE.L) 12p £51.5m

“The owner and operator of the Uskmouth Power Station Conversion Project located in Newport, Wales, is delighted to announce that after a competitive process, it has awarded Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Europe GmbH (the contract to carry out the design and development of the combustion system for the flagship Uskmouth Power Station conversion project. This contract includes the large scale testing of the waste derived pellets which will be used as fuel in the converted Uskmouth plant.” The Project represents the world’s first conversion of a power station from coal to 100% waste derived fuel, and following successful trials with MHPS the project seeks to achieve financial close in Q3 2020 with generation beginning in 2021.

Lekoil (LEK.L) 4.98p £26.7m

Lekoil has paid the US$7.5m license extension fee for OPL 310 (“the Block”) as mandated by the Federal Government of Nigeria and Ministry of Petroleum Resources, and previously first announced on 6 September 2019. The Company funded this payment from a mix of existing financial resources and debt facilities.
