6 February: Creightons (CRL.L) has announced an intention to move to AIM from the Main Market. It is expected that the last day of dealings in the Ordinary Shares on the Main Market will be 28 March 2025. Dealing in the Ordinary Shares is expected to commence on AIM, at 8.00 a.m. on 31 March.

Capital Limited 60.4p £118.5m (CAPD.L)

The mining services Company provided an update on anticipated profitability for FY 2024, the outlook for 2025 and news of management changes. The Board has taken the decision to book non-cash provisions in 2024 primarily relating to historical VAT receivables and various laboratory assets in Mali. The Company now expects net profit after tax for 2024 to be in the range of $18–$20m.  The Company will announce FY 2024 results on the 27th March.
FY 2025 revenue is expected to be in the range of $300-$320m.  The Company's CEO, Peter Stokes, has tendered his resignation which has been accepted by the Board.

Cora Gold Ltd 4.15p £18.8m (CORA.L) 

The West African focused gold Company noted that on 7 March 2025 the Government of the Republic of Mali announced a partial lifting of the suspension relating to the allocation of mining titles.  This partial lifting of the moratorium, which had originally been put in place by the Government on 28 November 2022, will come into effect on 15 March 2025. Cora sees the partial lifting of the moratorium as a significant and positive turning point for the mining sector in the country and for its flagship Sanankoro Gold Project in south Mali.  Cora's primary focus is advancing permitting at Sanankoro to develop an open pit oxide mine as expeditiously as possible.

Empire Metals Limited 11.55p £74.2m (EEE.L)

The resource exploration and development Company announced the results from its recent titanium dioxide (TiO2) product development testwork programme, carried out on mineral concentrates produced from the in-situ mineralised weathered cap that extends across the Pitfield Project, located in Western Australia. Preliminary testwork has delivered a high-purity TiO2 product, which assayed at 91.6% TiO2. The TiO2 product under development was entirely free of any deleterious impurities and is suitable for high-quality titanium sponge metal or high-grade titanium dioxide pigment production. 

HydrogenOne Capital Growth 20.85p £26.9m (HGEN.L)

The London-listed fund investing in clean hydrogen, reports that portfolio company Elcogen AS, a European manufacturer of solid oxide technology has announced the launch of the Horizon Europe SYRIUS project, with Acciai Speciali Terni Spa, a leader in Europe's stainless-steel sector.  The SYRIUS project will seek to decarbonise the steel production process through hydrogen production and circular energy use. The SYRIUS project, which is backed by a EUR10m grant from Horizon Europe, will integrate a 4.2 MW Solid Oxide Electrolyser into an Electric Arc Furnace plant, which will enable sustainable steel production. As at 31 December 2024, HydrogenOne's investment in Elcogen represented 18% (£21m) of the Company's NAV.

Mindflair 1p £5.3m (MFAI.L)

The Company investing in next-generation technology focused on AI announced that it has agreed to sell its entire directly held unquoted minority position in Visibility Blockchain Limited (Getvisibility) to Forcepoint, a global leader in data and cloud security. Getvisibility is a cybersecurity company focusing on data visibility and control and uses state-of-the-art artificial intelligence to classify and secure unstructured information.  The Disposal is expected to generate a gross cash inflow to the Company of approximately EUR2.1m (£1.8m).  In addition, Mindflair has an indirect interest in Getvisibility through its investment in the first Sure Valley Ventures fund (SVV1) and through its shareholding in Sure Ventures plc which in turn has a 25.9% interest in SVV1.

NWF Group 174.5p £86.3 (NWF.L)

The specialist distributor has acquired all the issued share capital of Northern Energy Oil Ltd for £8.3m. It distributes 42m litres of fuel from five sites in North Yorkshire, Northumbria and Lincolnshire, with a largely domestic customer base which is an area where NWF is underrepresented. In the 12 months to August 2024, Northern Energy generated revenue of £35.1m, EBITDA of £0.6m, and PBT of £0.1m with net assets of £2.7m. These results included non-recurring costs of approximately £0.6m. Northern Energy is expected to be immediately earnings accretive and to benefit from margin expansion once fully integrated. This is in line with the strategy to grow its fuels distribution business through consolidation and it is the first acquisition since  2023.

PCI-PAL 56.5p £40.9m (PCIP.L)

The global cloud provider of secure payment solutions for business communications today announces its strategic partnership and embedded live integration with RingCentral, a leading global provider of AI-powered cloud communications. This collaboration, the contract for which was previously referred to in the Company's trading update of 28 August 2024, is now live across North America and Europe regions and enables RingCentral customers to securely handle payments across any channel and any environment within the RingCentral platform. 

Polarean Imaging 1.275p £15.4m (POLX.L)

The commercial-stage medical imaging technology operator in advanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) of lung function announced the expansion of a new imaging service model to enable the use of Xenon MRI in pharma-sponsored research, alongside its partner VIDA Diagnostics. This coincides with its selection by a global pharmaceutical partner to utilise the new Xenon MRI clinical trial support services platform as part of a sub-study within a worldwide multi centre study trial testing an investigational lung therapy.  This new revenue-generating service model builds upon initial experience last year with an industry partner who selected Xenon MRI ventilation defect percentage as the primary endpoint in testing different inhaled drug-delivery devices at a single site.

Versarien 0.0325p £1.5m (VRS.L)

The engineering materials Company announced further to the manufacturing licence agreement, know-how licence and technical assistance agreement entered into with Montana Química LTDA, as announced on 14 March 2024, that it has now signed a two-year supply agreement to provide certain of the Company's proprietary graphene and related material dispersions and formulations to Montana.  The revenue that Versarien will receive under the Supply Agreement is in addition to the Company's existing royalty agreement with Montana that provides an amount equal to 5% of the total sales revenue earned from products manufactured using Versarien's intellectual property and know-how, subject to minimum royalty payments of £25,000 per annum.

Zinnwald Lithium 6.1p £28.9m (ZNWD.L)

The European focused lithium Company developing the integrated Zinnwald Lithium Project in Germany announced its final audited results for the year ended 31 December 2024.  Across the period, the Company announced two updates to the Mineral Resource Estimate  and confirmed the Project's position as the second-largest hard rock lithium project in the EU and increasing ore tons in the Measured category.  The Company explored the potential to expand the Project in phases, starting with Phase 1 producing 16,000-18,000 tonnes per annum (tpa) of battery-grade Lithium Hydroxide, a 50% increase from the 2022 estimate of 12,000 tpa.
