24th October: Sterling Digital, the bitcoin mining business, has announced its intention to seek Admission on the Access segment of the Aquis Stock Exchange. The Company’s objective is to deliver sustainable long-term growth via compounding bitcoin exposure through cheapest-in-class mining and active management of bitcoin reserves. The Company expects to raise money and Admission on or around 11 November 2025.

10 November: Delta Gold Technologies announced its application for Admission to the AQSE growth market. The Company is developing, with an option for an exclusive license, intellectual property (IP) targeted towards the quantum computing (QC) space that can be licenced globally. This technology will be centered around the usage of nano-scale gold and other materials. Utilising the unique physical properties of certain materials which are believed to have direct and significant applications within the rapidly growing QC space. This IP will be developed with a top global nanotechnology and QC team at the University of Toronto located in Ontario, Canada, with the intention to further develop the IP, file provisional patents, and subsequently license the technology on a global basis. The University of Toronto will supply facilities and researchers to Delta and the Company plans to develop commercial licenses. Deal details TBC and expected Admission date of 28th November.

Abingdon Health 7.75p £21.09m (ABDX.L)

The developer, manufacturer, and regulatory services provider for rapid diagnostic tests and med-tech reports for FY June 2025. Revenue increased 40% to £8.6m, which included a grant and contribution from the acquired CS Lifesciences. The EBITDA loss increased to £3.5m from a loss of £1.4m. Operational highlights include a $2m US contract win for the development of STD tests running 2026. A strategic partnership with Okos Diagnostics to develop and commercialise avian flu (H5N1) lateral flow kits for bovine health and human applications and the continued growth of contract development and manufacturing organisation activities. The net YE cash was £1.9m and since then £5.4m has been raised to be used to accelerate expansion in particular operations in the US and working capital required for major contract wins and the future anticipated pipeline. Q1 of the current year to June 2026 is reported to be significantly ahead and the momentum is continuing.

Altitude Group 20.00p £17.06m (ALT.L)

The provider end-to-end solutions for branded merchandise updates on Interim trading to September 2025. Revenue grew 17.5% to $21.6m reflecting the first contribution from the seven University Gear Shop (UGS) contracts. The EBITDA increased 6% to $1.7m principally driven by onboarding of new UGS sites, which typically generate lower profitability in their first year as the Group builds the sales and operational infrastructure to support future growth. UGS now operates 29 programmes across 47 campus locations, with the newly onboarded sites expected to contribute progressively through FY26. Due to this rapid growth, the strengthened management team has undertaken a comprehensive review and are resetting expectations for the FY March 2026 for revenue and EBITDA to be not less than $43m and $3.7m respectively. The groundwork is being laid for improved financial performance and sustainable value creation in FY27 and beyond.

Blue Star Capital 12.25p £5.23m (BLU.L)

The investing Company with a focus on blockchain, esports, and payments, has noted the announcement by SatoshiPay Ltd, its investee company, that on 10 November, Vortex, SatoshiPay's fiat-to-crypto infrastructure platform has successfully onboarded its first major API partners and recently surpassed US$2m in cumulative transaction volumes since launching. Among the first of the API partners is IaCrypto, one of Brazil's digital-asset payment processors. Headquartered in São Paulo, IaCrypto operates high-volume, PIX-based on- and off-ramp infrastructure for stablecoins such as USDT and USDC, serving over 100k lifetime users and processing more than 800k transactions to date. The company's ecosystem includes YaToPay, a B2B crypto-payment platform, and StoneRamp, a non-custodial Telegram mini-app enabling instant crypto-to-fiat payments in Brazil.

Eco Buildings Group 19.40p £22.76m (ECOB.L)

The UK-listed modular construction Company has announced that its Albanian subsidiary, Eco Buildings Group Albania, has successfully completed a comprehensive and independent programme of testing in accordance with European and International standards, each is equivalent to British Standards. The results as set out in the table below confirm the strong performance of the Company's proprietary Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum wall system, the structural core of Eco Buildings' low-carbon, high-speed modular housing technology.

ECR Minerals 0.22p £5.48m (ECR.L)

The exploration and development Company focused on gold in Australia has provided an update on the next steps following the conclusion of its 2025 drilling programme at the Lolworth Gold and Rare Earths Project, and the Blue Mountain Project in Queensland, with assay results from drilling expected this month.  The Company's operational focus continues to centre on establishing near-term production at its advanced-stage Queensland alluvial gold projects, while seeking to unlock the large-scale discovery potential across its broader tenement package in one of Australia's most prospective gold provinces. The Company also updated on the legal documentation for the acquisition of the Raglan Project which are well advanced, with discussions with production partners underway.

FDM Group (Holdings) 138.8p £138.25m (FDM.L)

The global professional services provider with a focus on IT today provided an update on its financial performance for the full year 2025 which is in line with expectations. The economic and geopolitical uncertainty which has been widely reported across the markets continues to undermine client confidence, which impacts the length of their decision cycles and demand for consultants.  However, since the summer, there has been a degree of pick-up in activity levels in some of the Company’s key operating geographies. The Group had 2,003 Consultants assigned to clients at 31 October 2025 (31 October 2024: 2,906) while the cash was £40.1m at 31 October 2025, (31 October 2024: £47.7m) and no debt. An interim dividend of 6p per share, amounting to £6.6m, is due to be paid on 14 November (2024: 10p per share).

The specialist provider of X-ray screening systems has announced a new contract award from a Southeast Asian customer, approaching £0.5m in value. The contract is for the supply of ThreatScan portable X-ray systems, and importantly, represents a repeat order from this long-standing regional customer. Delivery of the systems is expected to take place in the current financial year (FY26). This new order has brought the forward order book to £4.7m as at 30 September.

Quantum Data Energy 17.60p £13.96m (MAST.L)

The UK-based multi-asset operator in the Reserve Power market has announced, further to its previous RNS announcement dated 30 September, that it has signed a partnership agreement with Navon World. Navon is a global datacentre and deep technology company, designing, developing and operating datacentre infrastructure for HPC, AI, Quantum Computing and Crypto Mining. Navon will be joining Quantum's existing partnership with Carbon Zero Markets as recently announced. The Company’s partnership with Navon and CZM is planning to develop AI datacentre-power campuses across the UK and globally, in modular delivery in blocks of 25-50 MW enabling flexibility, scalability, and speed, with the first focus locations being around Bristol. 

Shuka Minerals 5.00 £3.01m (SKA.L)

The African focused mine operator and developer updates on the financing for the Company's proposed acquisition of the Zambian mining and exploration company, Leopard Exploration and Mining Limited and the Kabwe Zinc Mine located in central Zambia. Further to the Company's announcement on 10 November, an initial tranche of $300k has been received by Shuka from Gathoni Muchai Investments Limited under the increased loan facility. As previously reported, GMI have confirmed the balance of the funds required to satisfy the $1.35m consideration due under the Acquisition will be advanced before the end of November. A further announcement will be made in due course.

Zenith Energy Ltd 3.00p £8.87m (ZEN.L)

The listed international energy production and development Company announced that its fully controlled Italian subsidiary, Canoel Italia S.p.A., has submitted two applications for exploration permits covering Italy's two largest uranium deposits, located in the Lombardy region: the Val Vedello deposit in the Province of Sondrio and the Novazza deposit in the Province of Bergamo. Exploration by CNEN and AGIP subsidiaries defined estimated resources of approximately 1,000 tonnes of metallic uranium (U) at Novazza and around 6,000 tonnes of uranium oxide (U₃O₈) at Val Vedello, with average grades up to 0.1 % U₃O₈.
