12th August: B HODL, has announced its application for admission to the AQSE growth market.  The company is focused on generating low-risk, sustainable revenue through operational activities focused on the acquisition, accumulation and management of Bitcoin. The company’s initial business model centres around the operation of Lightning Network nodes, which generate revenue by charging fees for routing Bitcoin transactions. By leveraging the scalability and efficiency of the Lightning Network, B HODL aims to capitalise on transaction fee income and provide inbound liquidity to other Lightning node operators as its first lines of business. Deal details TBC and expected admission to be on or around 29 August 2025. 

11th August: HRC World, has announced its application for admission to the AQSE growth market.  The company is a data centre facilities operator specialising in the provision of small to medium-scale data centre facilities, server co-location, rack rentals, and a comprehensive range of technology infrastructure services. HRC stands for High Resiliency Co-Location services, emphasising its focus on delivering robust, secure, and highly reliable rack rental and hosting solutions. Currently, HRC World operates data centre facilities in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, strategically positioned to serve both regional and international markets, with plans for continued expansion across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.  Deal details TBC and expected admission is 26th August 2025.  The company already trades on NASDAQ Copenhagen. 

8th August: MedPal AI, the UK-based digital health and artificial intelligence Company focused on wellness management has released its Schedule One for an intended AIM IPO.  The core product is a non-clinical, digital health app that aggregates and monitors users' health metrics and provides wellness guidance.
The Company intends to raise £1.6m at 4p with an anticipated market capitalisation on Admission of approximately £16m, for late August 2025. 

24th July: Scotch Corner Designer Village, a newly formed single asset real estate company (to be re-registered as a public limited company) which is developing a retail outlet and leisure destination, announces it may consider an IPO on the newly launched Aquis Real Asset Market (ARAM) of the Aquis Stock Exchange.  Timing and deal details TBC.

Aurrigo International 52.5p £30.42m (AURR.L)

The international provider of transport technology solutions has signed a new contract with Tees Valley Authority to deploy autonomous solutions at Teesside International Airport. The multi-year project will begin in H2 2025 and is worth £0.9m and will develop an autonomous baggage and passenger moving system at the airport. Following completion of the testing phase, the Auto-Shuttleand Auto-DollyTugwill be transferred to the Airport for airside testing and live operations. The project will culminate in 2026 in an Auto-Shuttleand Auto-DollyTugworking in conjunction airside to deliver people and bulk baggage autonomously around the airport. It is the first time Auto-Shuttle and Auto-DollyTug will be deployed together as an integrated solution in a live airport environment.

Cykel AI 1.675p  £8.22m (CYK.L)

The creator of autonomous digital workers that perform complex business tasks announces a new product launch. GTM AI, is a zero-setup sales automation solution which is powered by the Company's autonomous AI sales agent Eve. This development will transform enterprise-grade sales automation from a technical challenge into an accessible business solution, enabling any organisation to deploy sophisticated go-to-market strategies without manual configuration. GTM AI automatically understands businesses and creates sophisticated outreach campaigns immediately upon deployment. GTM AI is intended to execute complete B2B sales workflows including autonomous prospecting, automated personalised outreach campaigns, intelligent lead qualification and nurturing through AI-generated follow-up sequences.

New Frontier Minerals 0.625p £10.3m (NFM.L)

The Australian-based explorer with a strategy to develop multi-commodity assets with potential to become an economic mining operation reports new targets. Its geology team has identified additional high-priority targets for drill-testing at its Harts Range Project, located 140km north-east of Alice Springs in the Northern Territory, Australia. Ahead of the upcoming drilling campaign, a 25kg bulk sample has been collected from the Cusp Prospect for comprehensive geochemical analysis. This marks an important milestone in executing a systematic exploration approach to ensure confidence in the project's potential.

Light Science Technologies  3.9p £12.64m (LST.L)

The innovative technology and manufacturing business providing real-world solutions targeting global food security and fire safety, announces interims to May 2025. Revenue eased to £5.1m from £5.2m
alongside a reduced Loss Before Tax  by 51.2% to £0.16m. Cash was £1.1m compared to £1.0m with additional undrawn funds of around £0.7m against £0.5m available under debt facilities.
The Passive Fire protection division contribution grew from 5.7% of revenue to 18.8% and is focused on near term cash generation.  The company has increased the group’s quoted sales pipeline, currently worth over £58m, from £51m at the same time in 2024.

Oxford Biodynamics 0.375p £7.34m (OBD.L)

The biotechnology company pioneering the use of 3D genomic biomarkers for clinical diagnostics, announces a collaboration with Google Cloud to support the development and deployment of OBD's analytical framework on the cloud. It’s an important milestone in the digital transformation and utilisation of its knowledge base. The Google Cloud will enable OBD to scale its proprietary EpiSwitch knowledge space and analytical tools and deliver high-throughput, AI-powered 3D genomic analytics in a secure, efficient, and globally accessible environment. The Group is excited to be developing a powerful and interoperable platform, with Google that aligns with the future of cloud-native biomedical research.

Shoe Zone 68.5p  £31.7m (SHOE.L)

The Town Centre, Retail Park and Digital footwear retailer updates on Trading for  the months of June and July 2025. The Company has experienced challenging trading conditions as there has been less discretionary spending and decreased footfall, with a resultant reduction in revenue and profit. The Company expects the adjusted profit before tax for the FY September 2025 to be approximately £2.5m, down from previous expectations of £5.0m and dividend is being withdrawn. The company remains debt free and cash levels are currently higher than the same period last year. Management remains confident with the underlying strategy and the 200th new formatted store is opening shortly.

Sunda Energy 0.026p  £7.45m (SNDA.L)

The explorer and appraisal company focused on gas assets in Southeast Asia, updates on its existing business and new venture activities. A revised proposal from the Timor-Leste helicopter company has been received for support of the planned offshore drilling operations at Chuditch and is being reviewed. The Company is also engaged with several rig operators in preparation for a full tender exercise to enable the delated drilling campaign to restart.  Sunda is actively engaged in the pursuit of several new business initiatives to expand and diversify its upstream portfolio. The target opportunities are potentially material and would be highly impactful if secured. Despite the setback of the drilling the team looks forward to significant progress in the coming months.

Ultimate Products  54p  £45.28m (ULTP.L)

The owner of a number of leading homeware brands including Salter (the UK's oldest houseware brand, est.1760) and Beldray (est.1872), reports on trading for FY July 2025. Revenues of £150.1m, are 3.4% lower reflecting subdued consumer demand for general merchandise. Third-party clearance & own label sales, which grew strongly during FY24 as suppliers dealt with their overstocks, declined by 48% to £13.8m. However, sales of the UP brands rose by 4.3% to £121.9m. The adjusted EBITDA was £12.5m, down 31%, impacted by additional freight costs as operating costs remained stable at £22.3m. The group had net bank debt of £14.1m is up from £10.4m. Trading is in line with subdued expectations. A change of listing from the Main Market to AIM is under consideration.

Winking Studios 14.25p  £62.75m (WKS.L)

The global AAA game art outsourcing studios and established game development company reports interims to June 2025. Revenue increased 27.3% to £19.2m with adjusted net profit up 21.1% to £1.4m, although unadjusted net profit was unchanged at £0.9m.  Resilient game outsourcing services demand, was reported with follow-up projects contributing 38.8% of revenue against 44.1% in H1 2024.  Healthy balance sheet with cash and cash equivalents and bond investments of US$27.1m and zero debt as at 30 June 2025 (31 December 2024: US$41.3m and zero debt).  This supports the M&A strategy, expansion in Western markets and to establish a UK office as a strategic foothold. The Board believes the Asian gaming market is experiencing a strong recovery, led by mobile gaming, which continues to drive the demand for art outsourcing.

XP Factory 10.25p £18.65m (XPF.L)

The leisure business operating the Escape Hunt and Boom Battle Bar brands, is to report full year to March 2025 on 1 September 2025. Recent trading has seen a marked turnaround in like-for-like sales performance in both brands following a challenging Q1. The strong costs controls and supplier negotiations has largely offset the negatives,  and the Board remains cautiously optimistic about meeting the market expectations for the full year.
