Winking Studios (WKS.L), the AAA Art Outsourcing and Game Development business, has announced its Admission of its shares to trading on the AIM Market. The group raised £7.9m by way of a placing. Based on the placing price of 15 pence per share, the Company’s market capitalisation on Admission will be approximately £66m. The company ranks fourth globally in game Art Outsourcing and third in Asia. Winking works with the world’s top game developers including Activision, EA and Ubisoft on major franchises including Call of Duty, FIFA and Assassin’s Creed. Winking Studios is dual listed on the Catalist board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX:WKS).

Balance sheet remains debt free with £13.44m cash and cash investments (H1 FY24: £9.90m). The Board anticipates delivering results for the year ending 31 March 2025 in line with its current expectations.

The software solutions provider for business, compliance, and resource management has published its unaudited interim results for the six months to 31 August 2024, following the Group's change of year end to 28 February. Revenue reported from continuing operations up 31% to £19.9m (6m to December 2023: £15.1m) and recurring revenue represented 80% of total revenues (6m to December 2023: 76%). Adjusted EBITDA grew by 8% to £4.0m - ahead of management expectations (6m to December 2023: £3.7m). Cash of £83.3m at 31 August 2024 (February 2024: £82.1m). In addition, the Group holds a 9.8% stake in M&C Saatchi Plc valued at £25.1m on 31 August 2024.

Total contract value secured Q4 2024 to date is $1.7m.

The exploration Company announced results of an Airborne Aeromagnetic Survey at Juno. The Company's main focus at Juno is targeting Intrusion Related Gold Systems similar to Havieron and Telfer. Havieron and Telfer are large gold and copper deposits located in the north of Western Australia. The new aeromagnetic data confirms the location, highlights the strong intensity and verifies the large size of the Juno magnetic feature. This new detailed aeromagnetic data reveals structures and other features not seen in historical, lower resolution, magnetic data.

The innovator in plant-based specialty polymers used to decarbonise everyday consumer products announced a collaboration agreement with Bonals Technologies under the Company's SPARX program to speed the introduction of safer, better performing, and more sustainable unit dose detergent tablets in the US and Canada. Bonals is based in Saint-Just-Saint-Rambert, France and produces tableting equipment that is used by leading detergent tablet brands and contract manufacturers in Europe. Under the agreement, Itaconix will work with Bonals and leading North America detergent suppliers on new generations of detergents that seek to leverage the synergistic benefits of Itaconix tablet formulations produced on Bonals equipment.

The mineral exploration and development Company provided an update on the progress of construction of the Stage 1 Dense Media Separation processing plant and mining at the Ngoualana open pit mine at its flagship Bougouni Lithium Project in Southern Mali. The start of production at Bougouni remains on track for the first quarter of 2025 and remains within the US$65m capital development budget. Assay results have been received for the majority of the Boumou prospect diamond drilling programme, which confirms consistent wide, high grade drill intersections.

The genesig PLEX kits for Canine and Feline Gastrointestinal (GI) Diseases are multiplexed qPCR assays that detect six disease-causing pathogens in the digestive system of cats and dogs in a two-tube assay, delivering a streamlined and efficient testing solution for centralised veterinary laboratories. Each target has been carefully selected to detect a key pathogen that can cause potentially serious or life-threatening GI illnesses in cats and dogs.
Phoenix Copper Limited 5.75p £10.8m (PXC.L)
The USA-focused base and precious metals emerging producer and exploration Company announced an update regarding the US$80m corporate copper bond subscription, originally announced on 15 May 2024, of which an initial tranche of US$5m was drawn down in June 2024. NIU Invest SE, the bond subscriber, is currently reviewing the Empire Mine project data, prior to finalising a new drawdown schedule which will be based on the updated project economics included in the Empire Mine open-pit Pre-Feasibility Study, published on 19 September 2024. The Company remains in discussions with a number of other potential bond investors in order to ensure appropriate financing is in place for exploration throughout the Empire mineralised district.
Plexus Holdings 9.75p £10.3m (POS.L)
The specialist wellhead engineering business announced a new order to supply its Exact exploration wellhead equipment on a rental basis, along with associated services, for an offshore gas exploration project in the Middle East. The project, set to generate approximately $1m in revenue, is expected to begin in the second half of 2025. This order, which is still subject to contract finalisation, was secured in partnership with Peak Energy Solutions, with whom Plexus has collaborated for the past two years to establish the necessary local licenses and customer registration for operations in the region.
SRT Marine Systems 40p £89.1m (SRT.L)
The developer of maritime domain awareness technologies announced that the Retail Offer launched on 13 November 2024 has now closed, raising in aggregate £0.95m at a price of 35 pence each. Accordingly, conditional on the passing of the Fundraising Resolutions at the General Meeting and Admission, the Company has conditionally raised total gross proceeds of approximately £8.5m in aggregate by way of the Fundraising.
