The investment company announces that its wholly owned subsidiary Tees Valley Lithium, has now concluded a long-term binding feedstock agreement with Touchstone's Chilean lithium project, one of the world's highest-grade lithium brine deposits. The agreement results in up to 100,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent secured over an initial 5-year term, with an option to extend for an additional 50,000 tonnes per annum over a further 2 years. First commercial deliveries are expected in 2027.
Catenai 0.275p £3.2m (CTAI.L)
The AIM quoted provider of digital media and technology, announces that, following shareholder approval for the share allotment authorities to complete the fundraise announced on 26 June 2025, it has completed the second tranche of £450k investment into Alludium Ltd as per the announcement of 11 April 2025. Catenai has subscribed for 681,663 ordinary shares in Alludium at a price of 73p per share and, following the Second Investment, holds approximately 13% of the issued share capital of Alludium. The Second Investment includes a bonus share issuance to Catenai equal to 10% of the investment made by the Company as per the terms announced 11 April 2025.
IXICO 11.25p £10.4m (IXI.L)
The neuroscience imaging and biomarker analytics company announced a trading update for the financial year ending 30 September 2025. The Company anticipates revenues to be at least £6.3m, ahead of expectations and representing a 9% increase on 2024 revenues. Further, it is expected that this revenue growth will continue into 2026, moving the Company towards medium term profitability. The Company expects to hold cash of at least £3m at the end of the financial year. Final results for the year ending 30 September 2025 will be announced in December 2025.

The consumer home-testing healthcare company announces a supply agreement with Boots UK Ltd. The contract, with an initial term of 12 months, covers a range of lateral flow self-tests and laboratory tests. Comprising eight blood tests, one DNA test, and four lateral flow self-tests, which will be launched by Boots in August 2025. The supply of own branded wellness test into Boots is the results of a strong commercial relationship developed over the last four years.
Orosur Mining Inc 9.15p £29.1m (OMI.L)
The minerals explorer and developer currently operating in Colombia, Argentina and Nigeria, announced an update on the progress of its exploration activities at the Company's flagship Anza Project in Colombia. The Anza Project is now 100% owned by the Company following completion of a Share Purchase Agreement, announced 28th November 2024, whereby the Company purchased all of the shares of its previous JV partner; Minera Monte Aguila. The Project, which is located 50km west of Medellin, is easily accessible and holds infrastructure including water, power and communications as well as a large exploration camp. Assay results from nine additional holes at Pepas have returned strong gold intercepts, including 62.3m @ 12.76 g/t Au (PEP045), 38.5m @ 6.01 g/t Au (PEP044), 53.2m @ 3.36 g/t Au (PEP046), and 31.75m @ 2.01 g/t Au (PEP041).

The company focused on creating a sustainable circular economy for battery metals, announces that its 48.35% owned battery recycling business, Recyclus Group, through its 100% owned subsidiary LiBatt Recycling Ltd, has jointly secured £8.1m in funding via a consortium with Mint Innovation, Jaguar Land Rover and WMG, University of Warwick. The investment is fifty percent funded by the Department for Business and Trade through the Advanced Propulsion Centre UK, and the balance by the project partners themselves. The project will prove Mint's low-carbon, hydrometallurgical black mass refining technology at demonstration scale, with recycled critical materials such as lithium, nickel and cobalt produced as part of an onshore circular battery supply chain for electric vehicles.
The Artisanal Spirits Company 46p £32.6m (ART.L)
The creator of limited-edition whiskies and experiences around the world, and owner of The Scotch Malt Whisky Society (SMWS), Single Cask Nation (SCN), J.G. Thomson & Artisan Casks announced a trading update for the six months ended 30 June 2025. The Group delivered an adjusted EBITDA loss of £1m, broadly in line with the prior year. Revenue marginally decreased, largely reflecting the c£1m reduction in rephased US shipments vs H1-24, while the company implement their tariff mitigation plan. The company remain focussed on achieving EBITDA in line with expectations.
Pharos Energy 21.45p £88.3m (PHAR.L)
The independent energy company with assets in Vietnam and Egypt, provided a trading and operations update ahead of the Company's Interim Results on 24 September 2025. Group working interest for 1H production was 5,642 boepd net with the 2025 production guidance of 5k-6.2k boepd net remaining unchanged. The Vietnam 1H production is 4.2k boepd while FY25 production guidance is 3.6k - 4.6k boepd net. Egypt 1H production records at 1.5k bopd with FY25 production guidance at 1.4k - 1.6k bopd. Total Group 1H revenue stands at $65.3m with the cash balance at $22.6m alongside a debt free position.
Westminster Group 2.65p £12m (WSG.L)
The supplier of managed services and technology-based security solutions, announced that it has secured an extension contract award valued at an additional circa £1.15m. The contract is an extension to the contract previously announced on 30 June 2025 to provide a Parliamentary Broadcast System for the parliamentary debating chamber of an East African Parliament. The system combines a multimedia conferencing system with broadcast quality IP cameras and audio system for recording and broadcasting parliamentary debates to media outlets and social media platforms.
