AIREA 27.00p £10.75m (AIEA.L)

The UK design-led specialist flooring Company supplying both the UK and international markets announced a trading update for the six months ended 30 June 2026.  Group sales for the Period were 10.2% ahead of the prior year at £10.81m (H1 2025: £9.81m), including volume growth of 7.4%. Group operating profit for the Period was ahead of the prior year and the Board expects the strong momentum to continue through the remainder of the year and remains confident in the Group's long-term prospects and its ability to deliver sustainable long-term value for shareholders.

Eleco 128.00p £97.05m (ELCO.L)

The specialist software provider for the built environment provided a trading update for the six months ended 30 June 2026 based on unaudited management accounts for the Period. Annualised Recurring Revenue at 30 June 2026 increased 16% to c.£35.5m (£30.7m at 30 June 2025), reflecting a further new record for the Group's ARR. Headline total revenue for the period increased by 8% to c.£19.9m (H1 2025: £18.4m); and in constant currency terms approximately £19.6m. Cash at 30 June 2026 was £15.4m (at 30 June 2025: £12.2m; at 31 December 2025: £16.3m) and the Group remains free of debt.
The Interim Results will be reported in full in September. 

Fonix 172.0p £158.64m (FNX.L)

The mobile payments and messaging provider provided an update on trading for the year ended 30 June 2026. Gross profit and adjusted EBITDA in FY26 have grown slightly ahead of market expectations, with gross profit for the Year increasing by 12.9% to £21.0m (FY25: £18.6m).  Total payment volume increased by 8.0% to £303.3m (FY25: £280.9m). Fonix intends to pay an increased final dividend, in line with the Group's progressive dividend policy to pay out at least 75% of adjusted earnings per share.  In May 2026, the Group also completed a £2.0m on-market share buyback, underlining the Board's confidence in the Group's strong cash generation alongside its growing ordinary dividend.  The Board reports the Group is building strong momentum for future growth and looks to FY27 with real confidence.

hVIVO 6.75p £46.47m (HVO.L)

The clinical development partner provided an unaudited trading update for the six months ended 30 June 2026. Revenue of £16.3m (H1 2025: £24.2m) with full year 2026 revenue to be heavily weighted to the second half. The orderbook has more than doubled to £65m, compared with £30m at the start of the year. Adjusted EBITDA for H1 2026 is expected to be negative mid-single digit (H1 2025: adjusted EBITDA of £3.0m), with positive adjusted EBITDA expected in H2 2026. Cash of £13m as at 30 June 2026 (31 December 2025: £14.3m).  The Company expects 2026 full-year revenue to be broadly in line with expectations of high single-digit revenue growth. 

LPA Group 83.50p £9.80m (LPA.L) 

The innovation-led engineering Company that designs and manufactures electronic and electromechanical components and systems reports a new distribution agreement with Boeing Distribution. Boeing will leverage its established global network to distribute LPA Red Box Aviation's product portfolio. An initial stocking order is for around £0.5m. The agreement is a significant milestone on the strategy to diversify away from the rail sector and is the start of a strategic relationship with Boeing Distribution to serve the general aviation market.

Oriole Resources 0.38p £17.38m (ORR.L)

The gold exploration and development Company focused on Central and West Africa published an updated JORC Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for the MB01-S deposit at its 50% owned Mbe orogenic gold project in Cameroon. Together with the MRE for the neighbouring MB01-N deposit, which was published on 13 April 2026, the total JORC Inferred Mineral Resource at the Project is now 1.66m oz contained gold (Au) with a mean grade of 1.02g/t.  The Company believes that the Project has multi-million-ounce potential.

Scancell Holdings 10.75p £132.32m (SCLP.L)

The developer of active immunotherapies to treat cancer announced a merger and financing today.
Scancell and Neuphoria Therapeutics Inc. (Nasdaq: NEUP) today announced an all-share merger in which Scancell will acquire Neuphoria. Upon completion of the Transaction, the combined company plans to operate under the name Scancell and will apply to trade on Nasdaq under the symbol SCLT.
Alongside the Merger, Scancell expects to secure up to $89m of financing through a combination of equity and debt. It has secured commitments from new and existing shareholders for a Private Placement of $39.1m (c.£29.2m) and intends to launch today a UK Placing to raise approximately $12.0m (c.£9.0m) and a Retail Offer to raise up to $3.0m (c.£2.3m). The UK Placing is not conditional on the US Listing Transactions.

The MISSION Group 19.0p £14.3m (TMG.L)

The collective of Creative, Sports and MarTech Agencies provided a trading update for the six months ended 30 June 2026 (H1 2026).  The Group's H1 2026 performance was in line with the Board's expectations, with improved headline operating profit before adjustments expected to be up 10% at £2.4m (30 June 2025: £2.2m) and H1 revenue expected to be £32.5m (30 June 2025: £34.1m). Headline profit before tax is expected to be 27% higher at £1.4m (30 June 2025: £1.1m).  Net bank debt was £11.0m on 30 June 2026 (£13.7m on 30 June 2025, and £9.0m on 31 December 2025).  While market conditions remain uncertain, the Board remains confident in delivering profitable growth across all business segments, with the Group on track to meet full year market expectations. 

The Works 76.60p £49.38m (WRKS.L)

The specialist retailer of affordable, screen-free activities announced its Preliminary Results for the 52 weeks ended 3 May 2026. Total revenue increased 3.1% to £260m (FY25: £252m), adjusted profit before tax (from continuing operations) increased by 44% year-on-year to £7.2m (FY25: £5.0m) and net cash of £3.6m (FY25: £4.1m).  The Board is encouraged by the Group's strong trading performance in FY27 to date, while remaining mindful of the continuing macroeconomic uncertainty. With the key back-to-school and Christmas trading periods still ahead, the Board is maintaining its recently upgraded FY27 guidance for pre-IFRS 16Adjusted EBITDA of £15.0m.

ProBiotix Health 7.50p £11.86m (AQSE: PBX) The life sciences business developing probiotics to support cardiometabolic health announced a new partnership agreement with Belgium based Nutrisan. ProBiotix has secured a commercial cooperation with Nutrisan to supply its patented probiotic strain LP for a new standalone product launched under the Nutrisan PRO brand, targeted at pharmacists and healthcare professionals across Belgium. Nutrisan is a leading Belgian nutraceutical company, specialising in the development, production and distribution of high-quality, natural food supplements since 1998.

Bravura is currently listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and Admission to AIM is being sought via the AIM Designated Market Route.  No capital to be raised on Admission with a market cap on Admission of circa £500m.  Expected Admission date is 28 July.
