18 February: AIM quoted Beacon Energy (BCE.L) suspended on 27 June 2025, has today published an Admission Document in relation to the Proposed Transaction announced on 7 October 2025 to make a significant strategic investment in LNEnergy Limited which constitutes a reverse takeover and raise gross proceeds of approximately £3.75m. The AGM is set for 5 March with restoration of trading of the enlarged shared capital expected on 6 March.

14 January: GlobalData (DATA.L), the data, insight, and technology Company expects to submit its application to move to the Main Market from AIM and to take place on 5 March.

   Potential IPOs:***

iFOREX Financial Trading, the fintech business with a proprietary online and mobile trading platform for multi-asset contracts for difference, confirmed its IPO onto the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.  The Company developed and operates a proprietary online and mobile CFD trading platform, allowing primarily retail clients to trade CFDs across 870+ financial instruments, including currencies, commodities, indices, stocks, cryptocurrencies and exchange traded funds.  The Offer Price has been set at 195 pence per Ordinary Share, equating to a market capitalisation of approximately £43.3m.  The total Offer Size is £8.75m which represents approximately 20.2 per cent of the Company's Ordinary Shares on Admission.  Commencement of dealings in the Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange is expected to take place at 8.00 a.m. on 25 February 2026 under the ticker IFRX.

Acuity RM Group 0.90p £2.04m (ACRM.L)

The software Group specialising in cyber-security for the defence sector which supplies the STREAM software platform for the Governance, Risk and Compliance market announced that it has won a contract to supply services to Sopra Steria, ultimately serving the British government. The value of the services to be billed is £75k and the services will be delivered by end of August 2026. This is an upsell for a highly sensitive cyber security programme adding automations and other functionality to an instance of Classic STREAM.

Andrada Mining Limited 3.90p £74.25m (ATM.L)

The tin producer with a portfolio of critical minerals mining and exploration assets in Namibia announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Uis Tin Mining Company (Proprietary) Limited (UTMC), has added to its long-standing offtake agreement, with Thailand Smelting & Refining Co. Ltd (Thaisarco).  In return for exclusivity over all tin concentrate produced by UTMC during the period of the Agreement, Thaisarco will advance USD3m to UTMC. The Advance Amount is unsecured, repayable only at the request of UTMC, and does not accrue interest.  The monies are expected to be received later this week.

Blencowe Resources  9.80p £46.35m (BRES.L)

The mineral exploration Company reports the final set of assay results completed from the 87 shallow holes drilled at the Iyan deposit, part of the Company's Orom-Cross Graphite Project in Uganda. This final batch completes the Stage 7 drilling programme at Iyan, providing the last data required for the maiden Iyan JORC Resource estimate, expected shortly. Shallow Intercepts at the Iyan deposit included 15.64m @ 10.13% TGC, including 5.02m @ 14.42% TGC and 1.00m @ 18.37% TGC, and NSDD-L307: 9.44m @ 11.42% TGC, including 4.00m @ 15.96% TGC and 1.00m @ 18.89% TGC.

Fiinu 7.63p £32.87m (BANK.L)

The digital bank provides an update on the planned launch of its Plugin Overdraft in partnership with Manx Financial Group Plc (MFG.L) and its subsidiary Conister Bank Limited. Fiinu notes the recent update by MFX, where it confirmed Conister had received regulatory approval for the Plugin Overdraft product, and confirms that the parties are undergoing user acceptance testing of the agreed minimum viable product. All Fiinu-side final configuration delivery dates are scheduled to be delivered this quarter. Further to these deliverables, Fiinu intends to develop an outbound third-party payment interface for Conister.

IMC Exploration Group 1.90p £12.69m (IMC.L)

The exploration Company based in Ireland announced results showing free gold in quartz veins intersected by drillhole 24-2551-01 from a laboratory study of its 2024 drilling at its Boley prospect in Prospecting Licence
2551 in Co. Wexford Ireland. Drillhole 24-2551-01 extended the strike extent of known gold mineralisation at the Boley prospect by 150m to the northeast by intersecting 1m grading 5.8g/t Au in an upper zone and 1m grading 1.1g/t Au in a lower zone.  An historic IMC drillhole from the Boley prospect intercepted 1.5m grading 354g/t Au near surface.

One Health Group 240.00p £32.23m (OHGR.L)

The independent provider of NHS-funded surgical procedures for patients referred by their GP through 'Patient Choice' announces that the final environmental pre-commencement planning condition sign-off for the Company's first Surgical Hub in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire, has been completed and construction will start imminently. The Board remains confident that the project is on track to be delivered within the one-year construction period and in line with the previous cost estimate of £8m to £9m.

OptiBiotix Health 6.35p £6.46m (OPTI.L)

The life sciences business developing products which reduce hunger and food cravings, enhance the gut microbiome, and sweet fibres as healthy sugar substitutes announces the commencement of a clinical study with Hull University Teaching Hospital NHS Trust to determine the effect of taking WellBiome on cardiac surgery outcomes and potential NHS cost savings. A number of studies (Ardema 2019, Xia 2021) have suggested a decrease in microbial diversity and abundance post-surgery may increase hospital stays. Also prebiotics like WellBiome, which increase microbial diversity and abundance, have systemic anti-inflammatory effects which may improve surgical outcomes.

RC Fornax 9.63p £10.31m (RCFX.L)

The consultancy delivering outcome-based engineering solutions to the defence sector's most critical platforms , announces finals to August 2025. Revenue of £4.1m is reported compared to £6.4m due to the impact of the disruption caused by the publication of the UK Government's Strategic Defence Review in June 2025. The loss before tax increased to £1.6m, compared to a £0.5m profit. There was a fundraising in December 2025 raising £2.1m net. The Company is participating across seven procurement frameworks, generating 20+ bid opportunities since April 2025.  There are £4.3m in new orders and extensions booked in the first half of FY26. The Company is in advanced discussions on three major agreements; two with defence primes for land and maritime programmes. 

The Smarter Web Company 30.50p £105.97m (SWC.L)

The technology and bitcoin treasury Company announced that it has established a strategic credit facility with Coinbase Credit, Inc. The primary use of the Coinbase Credit Facility is to enable the Company to deploy capital into Bitcoin immediately, where deemed prudent, following new equity issues, reducing settlement-related timing risk during periods of volatility. The facility size is $30m and secured against the Bitcoin holdings held with Coinbase. The facility is not intended to be used as a source of long-term debt for Bitcoin purchases.

Ten Lifestyle Group 73.0p £65.97m (TENG.L)

The global concierge technology platform driving customer loyalty for global financial institutions and other premium brands wins a new contract. The new multi-year contract is with a financial services provider within the AMEA region and is worth between £2m and £5m. Ten will launch a digitally enabled customer experience programme for the provider's High and Ultra Net Worth clients. The transition from the incumbent provider is expected to start in H2 FY August 2026, with the contract expected to complete in FY 2027.
