3 June: Reveille Resources has announced its intention to IPO onto AQSE. The strategy is focused on identifying and advancing uranium exploration opportunities in assets that have benefited from significant historical expenditure and technical work, but which may not have achieved full value realisation due to geopolitical, technological, financial, or historical factors. Reveille’s initial focus is on two historical uranium deposits in Lombardy, northern Italy. Pre-admission, Andrea Cattaneo, Ippolito Cattaneo, Ajax Resources PLC, and Zenith Energy Ltd. each hold 25% of the shares. The four pre-admission shareholders will be subject to a one-year lock-in and a subsequent one-year orderly market agreement. Expected Admission date 25th June.
17 March: Vista Parcs Group has announced its intention to IPO onto AIM. The newly incorporated entity is proposing to acquire a portfolio of 13 UK-based holiday and residential parks currently owned by Barney Group 2 Ltd (BG2) and operated by Baslow Parks Ltd. Deal details TBC and expected Admission date anticipated late June 2026.

The Company which designs, manufactures and supplies critical components, modules, systems and associated services to the energy, medical and industrial sectors announced a trading update regarding the financial year ended 31 May 2026. The Board reported that profit for the Period will be in line with market expectations and the Group has continued to secure strategically significant contract awards across its core nuclear and infrastructure markets, while also making encouraging progress in expanding its presence in adjacent growth sectors.
Built Cybernetics 1.55p £6.28m (BUC.L)
The Smart Buildings group reported interim results to 31 March 2026. Revenue from continuing operations decreased 4% to £9.9m. The trading loss increased to £0.5m against £0.1m in the year to 31 March 2025, which was in line with expectations. The Annualised Recurring Revenue from its own software increased 37% to £1.03m. The New Smart Cities / Smart Infrastructure business MapBI has been launched. On 5 May, £0.65m was raised at 1.5p with material investment by directors and employees. The focus is on creating a smart buildings group with a growing proportion of predictable, scalable and high-margin recurring revenues, supported by complementary professional services and the architecture capabilities of Aukett Swanke.
Coppa Collective 14.25p £24.94m (COPC.L)
The multi-format hospitality group announced its results for the 26-week period ended 29 March 2026. Group LFL sales grew 1.8%, with revenue of £25.0m (H1 2025: £24.7m), the loss before tax narrowed to £1.7m (H1 2025: £2.2m) and cash at bank was £2.6m (H1 2025: £6.0m), after funding the £11.25m acquisition of The Linwood Collection. The CEO noted the pressures facing the wider hospitality sector are well-publicised, so for their like-for-like growth to outpace the benchmark is a meaningful achievement.
Eco Buildings Group 11.75p £16.21m (ECOB.L)
The technology-led housing manufacturing Company announced that, following the completion of its recent £2.35m fundraising, and construction has commenced with immediate effect on its second-generation AI-enabled manufacturing platform at its production facility in Durres, Albania. Eco expects to have this second manufacturing line operational within Q4 of this year. Unlike conventional or first-generation modular systems, the second-generation platform is being developed around advanced automation architecture integrated with AI. The objective is to create one of the most advanced, continuously improving industrial housing manufacturing systems currently in development.
Light Science Technologies Holdings 1.80p £17.87m (LST.L)
The technology and manufacturing business provided an update on trading within its Passive Fire Protection division following the acquisition of RLUK Injection Ltd, owner of Injectaclad, the patented fire-resistant barrier system, on 14 April. The group currently has two passive fire protection installation projects in progress with a combined contract value of c.£390k to c.£775k depending on the extent of remediation required. The Company has secured additional Injectaclad material supply orders with a value of c.£475k from approved installation contractors within the Injectaclad network. Total Injectaclad material supply orders secured since completion of the acquisition now amount to c.£885k.

The systems support software and training solutions Company reports the first sale of Auxilium GenS via its global partnership with Siemens to a North American digital engineering customer that supports defence, national security and space domain missions. This follows the agreement with Siemens Digital Industries Software to distribute Auxilium - GenS as part of its Teamcenter platform. This platform provides access to a global customer base and reinforces the strategy to scale Auxilium through high-quality partnerships. This early progress is a significant milestone, evidencing the commercial traction and substantial opportunity to build momentum.
TMT Investments (TMT.L) $2.80 $60.74m*
The venture capital Company investing in high-growth technology companies announced an update on the Company's portfolio. In the last few weeks, TMT disposed of a part of its shareholding in cloud storage platform Backblaze, Inc. for a total net cash consideration of US$4.65m. On 23 June, Backblaze announced a major 5-year agreement with CoreWeave, Inc. for US$335m. Backblaze's current share price represents an increase of US$17m in the fair value of TMT's investment in Backblaze, compared to the previous reported amount as of 31 December 2025. In line with TMT's prudent approach to valuing its portfolio investments, the Company expects to write down the value partially or fully of at least seven of its smaller investments as at the forthcoming 30 June 2026 period end for a total value currently estimated at approximately US$3m.
Thalia Therapeutics 0.65p £4.79m (THAT.L)
The biotechnology Company developing, conditional up innovative RNA-based therapeutics and delivery technologies announced the acquisitionon shareholder approval, of Sanmirna Therapeutics, Inc., a US Corporation which holds an exclusive licence for the intellectual property and know-how around miRisten an anti-microRNA-126 for the treatment of Acute Myeloid Leukaemia, for an initial consideration of £3.675m with deferred milestone payments worth up to an additional £13m. In conjunction with the Acquisition, the Company has conditionally raised £2.75m at 0.6p. The completion of the Acquisition will immediately transform Thalia into a clinical-stage therapeutics development company, thereby accelerating the Company's strategy of building a diversified RNA therapeutics pipeline.
Velocity Composites 13.0p £8.2m (VEL.L)
The supplier of composite material kits to aerospace announced the Company's unaudited results for the six months ended 30 April 2026. Revenue of £8.4m (H1 2025: £10.4m), a Loss before tax of £1.0m (H1 2025: £0.6m) and Cash at bank as at 30 April of £0.7m (31 October 2025: £0.4m) were reported. The current scheduled product mix will reduce H2 gross margins, therefore the Board now expects adjusted EBITDA to be approximately £0.5m for the full year and for cash to be impacted resulting in full year results below current market expectations.
Zinc Media Group 57.00p £16.32m (ZIN.L)
The television, brand and audio production Group announced that Zinc Distribution, the Group's international sales division, has secured several international sales for Brexit: A Very British Civil War, a major new two-part documentary produced by Brook Lapping. The series tells the inside story of the EU referendum on its tenth anniversary, drawing on first-hand accounts from those at the heart of both campaigns. Zinc Distribution has completed licensing agreements covering North America (BBC Select, including Canada and the Caribbean), BBC News Arabic, Persian, Ukraine and Russia, and RTE in Ireland. Further broadcaster agreements are expected shortly, with discussions ongoing across multiple territories.
