CK Infrastructure Holdings (CKI.L) joined the Main Market on 19 August, as the first corporate to list on the International Commercial Companies Secondary Listing Category, a new segment of the LSE.


MOH Nippon (MOH.L) (formerly Bowen Fintech plc) rejoined the Official List (Equity Shares (transition) category) and to trading on the Main Market of the LSE on 19 August, after a reverse takeover of Minnadeooyasan-Hanbai Co. Ltd. with an opening market capitalisation of approximately £42.7m.


Earnz (EARN.L) rejoined the AIM market on 31 August after the completion of the reverse takeover of two companies in the energy services sector: Cosgrove & Drew Ltd (C&D) and South West Heating Services Ltd (SWHS). The deal size was £2.05m, of which £1.56m is EIS/VCT qualifying.

Delistings:

Fix Price Group (FIXP.L) delisted from AIM on 19 August.
Alpha Financial Markets Consulting (AFM.L) delisted from AIM on 20 August.
Plant Health Care (PHC.L) and Sondrel (SND.L) delisted from AIM on 21 August.
Redrow (RDW.L) delisted from the Main Market on 23rd August after a merger with Barratt Developments plc.

Coro Energy* (Suspended) (CORO.L)

The South East Asian energy company with a natural gas and clean energy portfolio notes the announcement released by Conrad Asia Energy Limited (Conrad), the holder of a 76.5% operated interest in the Duyung Production Sharing Contract (PSC), offshore Indonesia, in which the Group has a 15% interest. Conrad announced today that it has agreed a binding Gas Sales Agreement (GSA) for the sale and purchase of the export portion of natural gas from the Mako gas field with Sembcorp Gas Pte Ltd (Sembcorp) headquartered in Singapore. The contract term of the GSA is until the end of the Duyung PSC in January 2037 and allows for the sale of up is 76 billion British thermal units per day (Bbtud), which is equivalent to around 76.9 million standard cubic feet per day (mmscfd). Meanwhile, Coro Energy confirms that it expects to finalise and publish its Annual Report and unsuspend the shares early in September.

CRISM Therapeutics Corporation 15.5p £5.1m (CRTX.L)

The innovative UK drug delivery company focused on the localised delivery of chemotherapy drugs announces that the Company has been awarded an Innovation Passport from the UK Medicine and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) for its lead programme, ChemoSeed in high grade gliomas. Award of an Innovation Passport is the first step in the MHRA’s Innovative Licensing and Access Pathway (ILAP) programme, which aims to accelerate the development of innovative technologies in areas of unmet medical need by providing access to a broad range of support throughout the product design, development and approvals process. Separately, the Company announces it has received £25,000 in Grant Funding from SPARK The Midlands, a network which aims to bridge the gap between medical research discoveries of novel therapeutics, medical devices and diagnostics and real-world clinical use.

Feedback 56p £7.5m (FDBK.L)

The clinical infrastructure specialist announces that it has secured further funding to extend the delivery of its Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC) pathway pilot at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust (NCA) site in Oldham. Feedback has successfully supported Oldham CDC's application for further pathway funding from the 2024-25 NHS England budget, securing a paid contract extension as outlined in the original pilot announcement, on 21 March 2024. This further funding is for £69,000 with an initial 50% paid from the NHSE H1 budget to 30 September 2024, with the balance expected from the NHSE H2 budget to continue the pilot to 31 March 2025.

MTI Wireless Edge 42p £36.5m (MWE.L)

The technology group focused on comprehensive communication and radio frequency solutions across multiple sectors, announces that MTI Summit has received an order totaling approximately Euro 2.6m, for the delivery of radio frequency components to its biggest customer in the defence sector. The deliveries are expected to be fulfilled by the end of 2025. CEO Moni Borovitz indicates that this order is the result of the success of design wins in recent years and the Company is now benefiting from this customer's success in the international market.

Oncimmune Holdings 20.05p £14.9m (ONC.L)

The leading autoantibody profiling company providing research services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry to enable the delivery of precision medicine announces another new contract win with a Top 10 Global Pharma Company. Further to its announcement on 9 August 2024 of an agreement for a new contract with a major global pharmaceutical company with a value of at least US$1.5m, Oncimmune has now agreed a new project with another major pharmaceutical company, with the contract value of US$0.7m. The contract is with a customer for whom Oncimmune is already a preferred supplier under a long-term master services agreement. The Company is in a strong position to meet its targets for FY24 and reach profitability in FY25.

Sareum Holdings* 29.5p £31.8m (SAR.L)

The clinical-stage biotechnology company developing next-generation kinase inhibitors for autoimmune disease and cancer announces that it has received a Notice of Allowance from the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for a patent on SDC-1801, a dual TYK2/JAK1 kinase inhibitor being developed as a potential new therapeutic for a range of autoimmune diseases. Sareum has now secured patent coverage in the major territories, following patent approvals by the European Patent Office, China National Intellectual Property Administration and Japan Patent Office for the same protections. The Company expects the US patent to be granted by the end of 2024, subject to the fulfilment of certain formalities with the USPTO.

SRT Marine Systems 28.5p £63.5m (SRT.L)

The global provider of maritime domain awareness systems and technologies for security, safety and environmental protection, announces that it has entered two follow-on contracts with two existing sovereign agency customers in Asia worth a total of US$4.6m over the next 12 months. The Contracts cover a 12 month period and provide for the maintenance and support of their current SRT-MDA systems. They include the provision of various support, data and maintenance services, with one of the contracts including some existing functionality refinements.

Vertu Motors 69.55p £229.6m (VTU.L)

The leading UK automotive retailer with a network of 192 sales and aftersales outlets announces a trading update with regards to the five-month period to 31 July 2024. Full year FY25 adjusted profit before tax is expected to be broadly in-line with current market consensus. H1 profits will be lower than prior year levels as anticipated. Performance in H2 is expected to improve over prior year levels due to a stronger used car market and enhanced used vehicle trade values; with like-for-like volume growth of 5.0% and the UK used vehicle values are stable on an increasingly constrained supply. The Group's balance sheet remains below target gearing levels.

XP Factory 14.25p £25.0m (XPF.L)

The UK-based pre-eminent experiential leisure company announces its audited final results for the 15 months ended 31 March 2024. Group revenue for the 15 month period increased to £57.3m (12 months 2022: £22.8m), demonstrating the significant growth in scale. Adjusted EBITDA rose to £9.9m (12 months 2022: 4.0m). The cash balance was £3.9m at 31 March 2024 (31 Dec 2022: £3.2m). Trading since the start of the financial year to March 2025 has been positive, with both brands delivering positive volume-driven like-for-like growth, 1.9% in the case of Escape Hunt, and 1.5% in the case of Boom in the 20 weeks to 18 August 2024.

Zenova Group 1.2p £1.7m (ZED.L)

The innovative fire suppression and interdiction solutions company announces an initial order for 920 litres of Zenova FP intumescent / fire retardant paint from a large private trading firm, The Kastrati Group, in Albania. This initial sale has been successfully negotiated by AED Ltd, the Company’s recently announced Albanian sub-distributor, and is separate from the order the Group announced with AED back in July. Revenues will be recognised in this financial year. The basic Zenova FP colour will be customised by the Company to this new, large client's specific tinting needs and then used as a trial application, which is expected to lead to larger follow-on orders.
