Switch Metals (SWT.L) (formerly Oneiro Energy ONE.L) announced the completion of the acquisition of Switch Metals Cote d'Ivoire Sarl, a mining exploration company with assets in Cote d'Ivoire, as well as the completion of a £2m fundraise and move from the Main Market to AIM.

17th March: MHA, a professional services provider of audit and assurance, tax, accountancy, and advisory services and independent UK member of Baker Tilly International, announced its Intention to Float on the AIM Market.  The Group is seeking to raise up to £125m to provide growth capital for the Company as well as enabling a sell down by certain partners.  Alongside the Placing, the Group intends to launch a retail offer to raise up to approximately £6m. 

17th March: Quantum Base,the quantum science Company, announced its intention to apply for Admission to trading on the AIM Market during April 2025.  Quantum Base is a quantum science company creating a new global standard in authentication through its patented Quantum Identities - near unbreakable and non-replicable authenticity tags that can be applied to a vast array of products, significantly mitigating counterfeiting, and can be authenticated with a smartphone.  The Company is seeking to raise between £3m-£5m through a placing, alongside a retail offer. 

18th March: Uranium Energy Exploration, to be renamed The Smarter Web Company (AQSE:SWC) is a UK-based web design agency, specialising in creating bespoke, mobile-friendly websites and offers a range of online marketing strategies to help businesses enhance their online presence. Services include various web design packages, logo design, Search Engine Optimisation, animation and custom development. It is looking to do a fundraise of £2m on AQSE. Admission expected 2 April.

4GLOBAL 25p £6.6m (4GBL.L)

The provider of data and technology for sports, fitness and wellness organisations to optimise operational and investment decisions, announced that, following a competitive tender, it has secured a contract renewal and expansion with Sport England worth up to £4m over four years in equal terms.
Sport England initially procured 4GLOBAL in 2021 to provide performance data from public leisure facilities through its platform, Moving Communities, a decision-support tool that uses 4GLOBAL's dataset to aid understanding of where and how people engage in physical activity, enabling a more evidence-based approach to public investment. The platform has since played a central role in programmes such as the National Leisure Recovery Fund and the Swimming Pool Support Fund, tracking over 9 million active people across 1,000+ leisure facilities daily. 

Aurrigo International 42.5p £24.6m (AURR.L)

The provider of transport technology solutions announces the launch of Auto-Cargo, its largest autonomous aviation vehicle to date. This marks the latest development following a project initiated in September 2023 in collaboration with UPS. Auto-Cargo is a fully autonomous electric vehicle designed to move heavy cargo loads to and from aircraft, built using a combination of highly engineered hardware and Aurrigo's proprietary autonomous software.  The cargo solution offers the potential to transform handling operations by carrying a total payload of 16,500kg when towing a standard trailer, as well as being fully electric and emissions-free versus incumbent diesel vehicles currently in use. 

Cambridge Cognition Holdings 36.5p £15.3m (COG.L)

The brain health software group specialising in digital products to advance clinical research and patient treatment has been selected by a major pharmaceutical company to provide digital cognitive and voice assessments for two Phase 3 clinical trials in adolescents with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD). Both contracts are set to commence this year, with the first running until 2027 and the second through to 2029. The total value of the combined contracts is estimated at approximately £1.2m. MDD among adolescents represents a critical public health challenge with significant long-term implications. 

Faron Pharmaceuticals OY 199p £222.1m (FARN.L)

The clinical-stage biopharmaceutical Company pursuing a CLEVER-1 receptor targeting approach to reprogramming myeloid cells to activate anti-tumor immunity in hematological and solid tumors today announces that their lead candidate bexmarilimab has been granted Orphan Drug Designation for the treatment of myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS)  by the USA Food and Drug Administration (the FDA).  The FDA's Orphan Drug Designation program provides orphan status to drugs defined as those intended for the safe and effective treatment, diagnosis or prevention of rare diseases that affect fewer than 200,000 people in the United States. 

Jubilee Metals Group 3.175p £97.3m (JLP.L)

The diversified metals processor in Africa, with copper operations in Zambia and chrome and PGM (Platinum Group Metals) operations in South Africa, announced an update on the Large Waste Project transaction.
Jubilee has secured the exclusive rights to the Large Waste Project for a reduced consideration of US$18m (previously US$30m). The Company has until mid-May 2025 to elect to acquire the assets and settle the approximately US$11.5m remaining of the consideration over a period of 12 months. Jubilee has been performing a due diligence on the Project which included sampling campaigns, laboratory test work and pilot scale trials, the results of which will inform the board's decision as to whether to exercise the option to acquire the assets. 

Metals One 15.7p £5.2m (MET1.L) 

The Company advancing strategic minerals projects in Finland and Norway announced it has executed a Share Purchase Agreement in respect of the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of FinnAust Mining Finland Oy from 80 Mile Plc (80M.L).  As previously announced, the SPV holds certain licences comprising the Hammaslahti Copper-Zinc Project and Outokumpu Copper Project in Finland, which are both associated with former operating copper mines.  Following completion and in connection with this Transaction, 80M shall have the right to appoint a director to the Board of Metals One for as long as 80M holds at least 10% of the voting rights of the Company. 

MTI Wireless Edge Ltd 51p £44m (MWE.L)

The technology Company focused on comprehensive communication and radio frequency solutions across multiple sectors announced that its subsidiary Mottech Water Solutions has secured a three-year contract extension with one of the largest municipalities in Israel.  The contract extension is worth approximately $1.5m over the period. 

Nostra Terra Oil and Gas Company 0.021p £1.5m (NTOG.L)

The oil and gas exploration and production Company focused on its Pine Mills producing asset in Texas, USA, announced the following update.  Their working interest partner has agreed on a location to drill the Fouke 3 well (32.5% NTOG), with planning ongoing and operational work likely to commence in Q3 2025.  Four of the five Pine Mills Phase 2 well workovers are now complete.
Total Company oil production is currently averaging ca.130 bopd net.
 Production from Pine Mills, currently at 90 bopd net, is expected to increase to between 100 and 135 bopd net on completion in a fortnight following field electrical upgrades.

ValiRx 0.425p £1.6m (VAL.L)

The life science Company focusing on early-stage cancer therapeutics and women's health announces that, further to the announcement on 31 December 2024 to grant a final extension of exclusivity to TheoremRx Inc under the letter of intent (LOI) until 31 May 2025, the Company has terminated the LOI with TheoremRx with immediate effect by mutual agreement. The termination of the LOI follows notification by TheoremRx of a decision not to proceed with an amendment to the LOI to return the territory of Taiwan and maintain exclusivity in exchange for a non-refundable payment of $200,000 by 31 March 2025.
VAL201 will be moved to a prostate cancer focussed special purpose vehicle within ValiRx and plans to file IP to extend the patent life development.

XL Media 10.15p £13.97m (XLM.L)

Following the sale of substantially all the Group's assets in 2024, today’s results for FY December 2024 are presented as discontinued operations. The Company is a cash shell but will not be seeking an RTO.  It remains solely focused on the orderly distribution to shareholders of the net proceeds from the Disposals after clearing the Group's liabilities. The cash balances at YE Dec 2024 was $35m and the final payment of consideration of $11.2m was paid by Gambling.com on 1 April 2025. It has returned £14m at 11.5p a share to shareholders on 20th January 2025 by way of a tender offer. The Board proposes to make a further capital return to shareholders prior to the suspension of trading in the Company's shares on or around 12 May 2025 and will make further announcements shortly.
