On Friday 6 June, File Forge Technology PLC (to be renamed Amirose London Holdings PLC), announced the completion of its acquisition of Amirose London Ltd and the Admission to trading on the Access Segment of the Aquis Stock Exchange. Amirose provides contract manufacturing services in the personal care sector for global and boutique premium brands. Turnover for the year ended 30 March 2024 was £12.7m and profits of £38.8k. Draft unaudited accounts for the year ended 30 March 2025 showed a turnover of approximately £11m and breakeven EBITDA. A total of £245k was raised on Admission by way of subscription.  A further £65k has been raised by way of a placing to provide additional working capital for Amirose London Ltd's contract manufacturing services. The Company's market capitalisation on Admission was £5.87m.

9th May: iFOREX Financial Trading, the fintech business with a proprietary online and mobile trading platform for multi-asset contracts for difference, announces that it has confirmed its intention to IPO onto the Main Market. The Company developed and operates a proprietary online and mobile CFD trading platform, allowing primarily retail clients to trade CFDs across 870+ financial instruments, including currencies, commodities, indices, stocks, cryptocurrencies and exchange traded funds.  For the year ended 31 December 2024, trading income was $50.1m, adjusted EBITDA of $9.7m and adjusted profit before tax of $7.6m.  The current intention is to maintain a progressive dividend policy, and the dividend for FY2025 is expected to be set at approximately 50 per cent. of adjusted profits.  Deal size TBC but timing is expected late June 2025.  

Market Movers:

Updated 4 June 2025: Ajax Resources (AJAX.L) is planning to move to the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market Access Category from the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.  The Company expects cancellation to take place at 08:00 BST on 18 June 2025, with Admission to trading on AQSE to occur concurrently.  Ajax is pursuing a strategy as a natural resources investment company, with a focus on Copper, Gold, Zinc, Uranium, and Lead. The Company completed its first acquisition on 21 May 2025. The Company’s first acquisition was the purchase of Puna Metals S.A., holding the mining rights for 12 licences, collectively forming the Eureka Gold and Copper project in the north-west corner of the Province of Jujuy in Argentina.

CAP-XX Limited 0.17p £9.24m (CPX.L)

The designer and manufacturer of thin, prismatic supercapacitors and energy management systems updates on trading for the five-months to May 2025.  The first batch of its co-branded supercapacitor products have been shipped to SCHURTER Group's warehouse, which is a significant milestone in CAP-XX's strategic partnership and extends the Company's product reach into global industrial and electronics markets. Several other distribution agreements have been signed in the period, with additional agreements in negotiation. A new Interim Chief Financial Officer has been appointed, and the Company has maintained a strong cash position with cash as at end May 2025 of AU$4.2m compared to 31 January 2025 of AU$5m.

Cordel Group 7.13p £17.63m (CRDL.L)

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform for transport corridor analytics updates on FY June 2025 Trading. The Board currently expects to report a 12% increase in revenue to between £4.7m-£5m. Due to the economic uncertainty, particularly in the US, protracted sales cycles have impacted on the normally strong H2, so results will be lower than expectations. The breakthroughs in Multimodal AI have accelerated the acceptance of Cordel’s Positive Train Control (PTC) solution by the rail industry. The board has confidence in the revenue growth that the PTC solution this will deliver in FY206.

DigitalBox 4.30p £5.01m (DBOX.L)

The mobile-first digital media business, which owns Entertainment Daily, The Daily Mash, The Tab, The Poke, TV Guide, Emmerdale Insider, Royal Insider, and Reality Shrine announces that, further to its announcement on 14 March 2025, it has completed the acquisition of the digital assets of The Life Network from Media Chain Group Limited. The total consideration for the Acquisition was £200k, comprising the £20k license fee paid in March and a further £180k cash on completion. Under the final agreement, ownership of The Life Network's Facebook and Instagram pages has transferred to Digitalbox. The Life Network assets have been acquired to progress the development of Royal Insider.  After a period of successful testing of the assets on Royal Insider, and a positive trading performance across Digitalbox's wider portfolio during H1 2025, the Board made the decision to progress with the Acquisition. The Board expects the Acquisition to be earnings enhancing in FY 2025.

First Class Metals 2.30p £4.12m (FCM.L)

The Company focused on the discovery of economic metal deposits across exploration properties in Ontario, Canada, provides an exploration update for the work conducted in 2024/25 Winter field season. Five Very Low Frequency geophysical surveys were completed across key target areas at North Hemlo, including the high-potential 'H Lake' and 'Rogers lake' zones. Strong conductors were identified, defining multiple follow-up exploration targets. The Dead Otter VLF grid launched post-winter, expanding geophysical coverage along strike of previously reported high-grade gold showings, also targeting a new gold-zone 30m from main zone. The North Hemlo tenure consolidated to 81km² following full acquisition of the OnGold claims, securing control of a strategic and highly prospective land package. The Company also updated on it Sunbeam property and Kerrs Gold project.

MediaZest 0.07p £1.1m (MDZ.L)*

The creative audio-visual solutions provider announces the appointment of Keith Edelman as Chairman of the Company with immediate effect. Keith will succeed Lance O’Neill, who has decided to retire from the Board, having been Chairman for over 18 years. Keith has over 40 years industry experience, working with FTSE 100, 250, AIM-listed and privately held companies across retail, hospitality, infrastructure, finance, sport, and digital sectors. As a former Managing Director of Arsenal FC, Keith successfully delivered the £390m Emirates Stadium project, raised over £1bn in financing, and orchestrated landmark commercial deals for the club. His vast experience also includes NED work with the likes of the London Legacy Development Corporation, Supergroup Plc, Thorntons Plc, Glenmorangie Plc and Eurotunnel. Amongst his operational roles, he was Corporate Director at Ladbroke Group Plc, Managing Director at Carlton Communications Plc, and Group Chief Executive at Storehouse Plc.

Petards Group 7.75p £4.70m (PEG.L)*

The AIM quoted developer of advanced security, communication, and surveillance systems announces that its subsidiary, QRO Solutions, has recently received an order worth almost £0.3m for ANPR systems. The order is from one of its UK police force customers, for the supply and installation of QRO's NASBox roadside ANPR systems, under a framework agreement, adding to the NASBox systems it already successfully operates in its region. The order is scheduled to be delivered and installed during the current financial year.

Prospex Energy 5.65p £21.74m (PXEN.L)

The AIM quoted investing Company focused on European gas and power projects announces that it has been advised by the Operator of the Viura field, HEYCO Energia Iberia S.L. (the operator HEI), that the workover rig to repair a leak in the completion tubing in the Viura-1B well is currently on site and operational.  The Operator has also advised that the reinstatement of production from the Viura-1B well is therefore imminent.  The Viura-1B well was shut during April 2025 owing to a leak in the completion tubing which required a rig intervention to reinstate production. Prospex owns 7.24% of the Viura field through its ownership of 7.5% of HEI.  Prospex is accruing 14.47% of the production income from the Viura gas field until payback of its capital investment (expected to be £8m) plus the accrued 10% p.a. interest thereon.

Strategic Minerals 0.29p £6.81m (SML.L)

The international mineral exploration and production Company provided an update regarding its wholly owned subsidiaries, Leigh Creek Copper Mine Pty Ltd and Cornwall Resources Limited (CRL). Further to the Leigh Creek announcements of 24 April and 23 May 2025, the Company has received written confirmation from the Purchaser that it has secured the necessary funds and will make the payment to Strategic Minerals of A$100k for an exclusive call option to acquire 100% of the Leigh Creek Copper Mine during the week commencing 9 June 2025.  The Cornwall Resources Ltd Subsidiary has separately confirmed that it has signed a drilling contract with Priority Drilling UK ltd for a fully-funded drilling programme at Redmoor as the major component of its match grant funded project. CRL is exploring for further tungsten, tin, and copper mineralisation in its Tamar Valley licence areas in east Cornwall, with a key focus on its Redmoor Project.

Synectics 327.5p £57.39m (SNX.L)

The UK-based Company which operates in advanced security and surveillance solutions provides an update on trading for the six months ended 31 May 2025. Synectics has continued to see solid order intake and ongoing new business momentum across the Group in H1 2025, with trading for the year ending 30 November 2025 comfortably in line with market expectations (revenue of £65m and adjusted PBT of £5.3m), in addition to maintaining its cash position. Company progress has been positive in the year to date, securing extensions and repeat orders with existing long-term customers across a variety of sectors and geographies, in addition to securing new customer mandates.

Tissue Regenix Group 31.50p £22.13m (TRX.L)

The regenerative medical devices Company announces that it has received CE certification under the EU Medical Device Regulation and UK Conformity Assessed certification under the UK Medical Device Regulation  for OrthoPureXT, its biological tendon replacement technology. The OrthoPureXT device previously received the CE certification under the EU Medical Device Directive (MDD), but the EU MDR represents the recent improvements in standards for safety and efficacy of medical devices. This provides Tissue Regenix with uninterrupted access to the Euro 140+bn European medical device market, positioning the Company for continued revenue growth and further international expansion for OrthoPureXT.
